CNC Machinist Certification

The CNC Machinist Certification program will prepare students for careers in machine tools technologies. This program will provide a foundation of machine trades principles and operations. It will stress and develop strong conventional (manual) machining operations followed by computer applications (Computerized Numerical Control - CNC, and Computer Aided Manufacturing, CAM) used in modern manufacturing and provide a deep understanding of the fundamental and intermediate machining skills needed for career success in a rapidly changing manufacturing environment.

624 hours (about 9 months) Monday - Thursday 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm or 10:00 pm (varies) We can also offer Customized Training options for CNC! |
Financial Aid is available to students who qualify.

The minimum requirements for consideration in the program include:
- Interview with the Coordinator
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES:
Certification(s) is available through the National Institute of Metalworking Skills (NIMS). Certification in the field shows pride and competence in one’s profession.
