Course Schedule

This course will take place for 1-hour, 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm  on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for two weeks; from Monday 3/15/2021 through Friday 3/26/2021. Classes will be available in-person at Knox Technical Center or virtual via Zoom.

Course Description

Upon completion of this Customized Training course, students will be able to demonstrate the correct application of the primary features of Word 2016 by creating and editing documents for a variety of purposes and situations.  Document examples include professional-looking reports, multi-column newsletters, resumes, and other business correspondence.  Prior working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word is recommended.

Certification

Course completers will receive a certification of completion from Knox Technical Center.  A date for certification examination will be determined and scheduled.  Certification will take place at KTC  on the date and time scheduled.  Each testing voucher will include one test and one retake.
