Say hello to the next generation of hometown heroes! Our new OTC+ Public Safety seniors are preparing for vital roles in public service during their final year of high school. By spending part of each day at their home high schools and part here with us, they're building real-world skills alongside their traditional studies.

Meet the first class of OTC+ Medical Assistant students! These driven high school seniors are fast-tracking their healthcare careers before even receiving their diplomas. Come spring, they’ll graduate high school and sit for their official MA certification exam.

We are proud to highlight Isiah, a student in our Alpha/Omega program. Thanks to his extraordinary effort, Isiah has successfully passed multiple sections of his GED exam. In recognition of his commitment to his education, he was awarded Perfect Attendance today

It’s Day 1 of Jumpstart for PN59! We are so excited to welcome this group of practical nursing students as they begin their six-week journey to prepare for their official launch in July. Over the coming weeks, they’ll dive into refresher courses in math, language, and medical terminology, get some hands-on lab time, and focus on the professionalism required to excel in the field. They’ll also be getting their laptops and ordering their uniforms to ensure they are fully prepared. Wishing our new students the very best of luck!

KTC is holding a Spring Career Fair, open to the public. The event is geared toward RN, LPN, and CNA positions, as well as those looking to get into Healthcare or advance their healthcare degree. It is our Extension campus, 1481 Yauger Rd Mt Vernon on April 30 12:30-2:30pm.
