Electrical MODULE 1
​Class will start JANUARY 6th, 2026

This Electrical Systems class will include the
fundamentals of electricity including the following Key Skills:
​

• Ohm's Law; Kirchhoff's Laws, and the Power Equation 
• Electrical test and measurement equipment 
• Alternating current 
• Electrical components and circuit materials 
• Transformers 
• Motors, generators and alternators
• Motor controls 
• Industrial wiring diagrams and practices
• Electrical troubleshooting.

Program Length:  90 hours / 12 weeks
Class Meets: Tues & Thurs / 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM

• Wiring Methods

• Boxes and Conduit Bodies
• Overcurrent Protection 
• Service and Distribution
• Transformers
• Grounding
• Branch Circuits and Feeders
• Motors
• Motor Controls 
• Emergency Power
• Hazardous Locations
• Pools and Fountains
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting
