Our Pre-Admission Requirements:

• Complete an application by clicking the ​​Application Form button below*.  Follow the prompts to create an EDlumina account.  ​​

* After you complete the application and click submit, ensure that "APPLICATION SUBMITTED" appears at the bottom right of the screen or at the top right you see a blue box with "Submission pending". If these messages do not appear, double-check that all required fields are filled in and your signature is applied.​​  

Application Form

•  A school representative will contact you to discuss the program and guide you through the next steps of enrollment​ which are:
  • Pay the non-refundable $25 application fee in person or call the office at 740.393.2933.
  • Financial Aid Appointment 
  • Entrance assessment(s): WorkKeys (about WorkKeys), Nursing: ATI TEAS or ATI PN Comprehensive Assessment

Finalizing Your Enrollment

The following steps must be completed prior to official enrollment:

• Paid the application fee
• Passed entrance assessment (varies by program)
• Secured financial aid or have a payment plan in place
• Submitted your transcript/GED
• Submitted other required documents (varies by program)
• Acceptance letter received

Homeschool Transcripts:

Homeschooled applicants must submit a transcript confirming the applicant has completed the equivalent to a public-school curriculum per their state requirements.  Please see the resources below:
