Pre-Admission Requirements
- Once your application is submitted, a school representative will contact you to discuss the program and guide you through the next steps of enrollment, which are:
- Pay the non-refundable $25 application fee in person or call the office at 740.393.2933.
- Financial Aid Appointment: Visit the Financial Aid page for information
- Entrance assessment(s): (not applicable if you are taking a specialty or career development class)
- ACT WorkKeys: visit the WorkKeys page for information
- Practical Nursing: ATI TEAS Comprehensive Assessment
- LPN to RN Transition: ATI PN Comprehensive Assessment
Finalizing Your Enrollment
The following steps must be completed prior to official enrollment:
- Paid the application fee
- Passed entrance assessment (varies by program)
- Secured financial aid or have a payment plan in place
- Submitted your high school transcript/GED, or diploma
- Submitted other required documents (varies by program)
- Acceptance letter received

EMPLOYER INTENT TO PAY:
If your employer is paying all or part of the cost to attend, please have your employer complete and submit the Intent To Pay form to KTC. |

Submitting your Transcript or GED
Please check with your high school regarding their transcript request procedure. The request form below can be sent to your high school to request that an official transcript be sent directly to KTC. You can upload your transcript from your student portal account. If you need a transcript of your GED, please refer to the link below.
- International transcripts must be translated into English. Click here for more information
- Homeschooled applicants must submit a transcript confirming the applicant has completed the equivalent to a public-school curriculum per their state requirements. Please see the resources below:
