In the Emergency Medical Services field, you provide vital life-saving skills to your community. You can progress from an Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) to an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).

Program length

• Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) - 48 hours
  
• EMT Basic - 150 hours (3½ months)
  
• EMT Advanced - 200 hours (4½ months)

• You will be eligible to take the National Registry exam

Enrollment Requirements

• ​​Be at least 17 years of age and in your final year of high school
• Complete the process as outlined on the enrollment page
